Join us for a free, 2-hour LGBTQ+ training that weaves together our Pronouns and Deconstructing Gender sessions into a deeper exploration of gender, provide practical tools, and support inclusive safe spaces.

Together we’ll:
• Understand why pronouns matter and how to use them respectfully
• Learn the dos and don’ts of pronoun usage
• Practice what to do if you misgender someone
• Explore the history and social construction of gender
• Deconstruct the gender binary and consider why that matters
• Discuss practical ways to support diverse gender identities
• Identify steps to make your organization more inclusive

This session offers tools, language, and real life practices to help create environments where everyone feels seen and respected.
