Communities We Serve

The organization prioritizes services for:

  • People living with HIV

  • Gay, bisexual, and queer men

  • Transgender and gender non-binary individuals

  • People who inject drugs

Within these communities, additional priority is given to:

  • People of color

  • Individuals experiencing homelessness or unstable housing

  • Individuals over the age of 50

  • People living with hepatitis C

  • Individuals who use substances

  • Individuals with behavioral health needs

These communities are not mutually exclusive, and many individuals experience overlapping identities and circumstances that influence health outcomes.

The organization also recognizes that additional populations—including people with disabilities, undocumented individuals, and those for whom English is not a primary language—intersect across these priority communities.

Through strategic partnerships, the organization extends its impact to additional populations and community needs.
