GRIEVANCES & COMPLAINTS
Your Right to Fair Treatment
You have the right to get services and to be treated fairly by the people who provide them. If something goes wrong or you feel you’re not being treated right, TPQC has ways to help fix the problem. You can speak up by making a complaint or filing a grievance.
Complaint Process:
A complaint is when you let us know you're unhappy or concerned about something—like how you were treated, a service you got, or your experience with our staff.
Most complaints can be solved just by talking to a staff member, a supervisor, or a program manager. We want to hear from you so we can improve and make things better. You can also use our client satisfaction survey to share your thoughts or concerns. You can find the client satisfaction survey here.
Filing a Grievance:
A grievance is more serious than a complaint. It’s a written report you make when the issue couldn’t be solved by just talking it out, or if it’s something more serious.
When you file a grievance, our leadership team will look into it carefully. They’ll write down what they find and send you a formal response. We keep track of all grievances to make sure things are handled fairly and correctly.
