The Project provides clinical pharmacy services to our clients in partnership with Two Rivers Pharmacy. Clinical Pharmacist Shelby Crane, PharmD, works in careful collaboration with our case managers and clinical team to ensure medication fulfillment and positive outcomes for our patients.

Meet Our Team
Shelby FOWLER, PharmD, AAHIVP, she/her
Shelby went to pharmacy school at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She enjoys reading in her free time and typically reads 1-2 books per week. Shelby is also obsessed with houseplants and currently owns over 80 plants. She lives with her husband and their two pups, Lacey and Kona, who keep them plenty busy!
Jamie Gooden, CPhT, She/Her
Jamie has been a Pharmacy Technician for four years. Prior to that, she worked as an Activity Director in nursing facilities for almost ten years. Jamie loves live music and rock shows are her happy place! She also has a passion for all things Halloween and Horror and shares that passion with her husband, Greg, and son, Logan.
