This therapeutic group uses the Four-Dimensional Wheel of Experience to help participants understand and integrate the body, mind, heart, and spirit dimensions of their lives and relationships. The Wheel provides a visual, inclusive, and holistically grounded framework to enhance self-awareness, relational connection, pleasure, meaning, and embodied presence — beyond purely cognitive or symptom-focused work.

Who can attend?

Adults (individuals or couples) interested in deepening self-understanding, intimacy, pleasure, and relational dynamics; including those exploring sexuality, identity, trauma, spiritual meaning, communication blocks, or desire discrepancies.

Group Goals

  1. Cultivate holistic self-awareness across physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual realms.

  2. Enhance capacity for embodied experience — noticing sensation, emotion, thoughts, and meaning without judgment.

  3. Build relational and communication skills through shared explorations of inner experience and interpersonal dynamics.

Session 1 — Introduction to the 4-D Wheel

  • Introduce the Wheel’s four dimensions: Body, Mind, Heart, Spirit

  • Establish group norms: confidentiality, respect, curiosity

  • Guided reflection: “Where am I now in each dimension?”
